My experience with Toyota was wonderful! I was in for a regular maintence check up and I had time to talk with the financial person to see what options I had for a trade in - I was in a lease vehicle but the monthly cost was alittle high for me at this time.
Tom was able to assist me with all my questions and concerns and I decided to trade in for a 2013 corolla in which brought my payment down and I would really save in the long run. I was thinking ahead I have a teenage daughter in which will get her license next year and this decision will definitely be the right one this vehicle will be great for her!!
Duane was the person to finish up with me and assisting me with more of the same questions and really help me transfer all my belongings from the 2011 camry to the 2013 corolla. I really love the people you have at this dealership I truly believe that anyone who needs a new vehicle should at least come by to see what you have to offer. I thank you alot and I will be a lifelong customer!!
We had not bought a new car in over twenty years. We had some trepidation about the process but we had a great experience at McGeorge Toyota. We looked at a number of cars at a number of dealers but wound up at McGeorge because of their reputation, pricing and professionalism. Our salesman, Duane Bookheimer, was courteous, knowledgable and just a real pleasure to deal with.
What a great experience! At first I was uncomfortable driving onto the car lot at McGeorge Toyota, but very quickly I was approached by the most friendly fellow, Harry Moseley. He immediately set my mind at rest as we talked about what was important to me. Other car salesmen have tried to tell me what they want to sell rather than what i wanted, but Harry was different. We ended up with a great new RAV4 and would encourage everyone who is uncomfortable driving onto a dealer lot to look forward to meeting Harry Moseley at McGeorge.

I had a great experience with the Garland Willis and Ed Adams at McGeorge Toyota. We bought a 2013 Highlander SE for our growing family. We needed something bigger, but still with decent gas mileage. This is the 4th new car we've bought from them. We know we got top dollar for our trade-in. The sales process went as smooth as possible. We knew which car we wanted before we walked in, and they were able to locate one and get it for us within a couple of days.
In the last six months I have purchased two vehicles from McGeorge Toyota (in both cases Garland Willis was my sales representative) and in each case I left more than pleased with the experience and will definitely will recommend anyone I know who is looking for a car to go there. The aspect of my experience that left me the most satisfied is that in my dealings with Garland and Chris, there were no high pressure sales pitches but made me feel that they were doing their best to give me the best deal possible and to insure that all of my questions were answered. The couple of issues I did have during the purchases of my vehicles were handled promptly and until I was satisfied.
One thing that I feel shows the consistency when it comes to the positive buying experience is that my second purchase, which was on Jan 1, 2013, started on the internet. I found the experience to be just the same as being in the dealership. I felt this truly reflected the quality of the dealership because all of my questions were answered and the staff even discussed price with me, even though I was in essence an anonymous individual on the Net and not really knowing how serious I was in purchasing a vehicle.
Aside from the interactions with the sales staff, the price that I bought each of vehicles for was lower than any dealer in the area.
I have bought several new cars and have never walked away from the experience feeling as good as I have bought my last two purchases which were both from McGeorge Toyota.
