    Bob has been employed in the automotive retail business since 1980 and has served in a variety of positions that uniquely qualify him as an expert in the automotive industry. 

    During his 27-year career, Bob has been employed with the Jim Koons Organization (16 years) Universal Ford of Richmond (8 years) and AutoNation Inc. (2 years). Mr. Farlow has been employed in the majority of the positions in both variable and fixed operations dealership-wide during this time.

    Prior to joining the Koons Organization Mr. Farlow served as General Manager and operating partner for Universal Ford Inc. (February 1989 - March 1997) Responsibilities included daily operation and control of a Ford Dealership in Richmond, Virginia. During that time, Universal Ford was ranked in the TOP 100 Ford Dealerships in the country.
